Hospital Pharmacist Needed 
4/10hr Shifts + Sign-on

We have an immediate need for an Inpatient Pharmacist in the Central Valley Area of California

Our client seeks a inpatient pharmacist to join there well established pharmacy team. This facility serves the Souther Sequoia region of California's Central Valley and is the prominent health care provider in the area. Services include Cancer Treatment Center, Dialysis Center, Emergency Services, Medical Imaging, Subacute, Surgery, Women's Services, Ear, Nose, and Throat Department.

This client is in a beautiful modern facility. They are looking for personable, hard working pharmacists to help grow their well respected staff. They are willing to train pharmacists from various backgrounds, INCLUDING NEW GRADUATES, as long as they are the right fit.

Hours: 4/10hr DAY shifts plus every fifth weekend on-call 
Compensation: $12,000 sign-on bonus, Relocation Assistance, and  Twice Annual Retention Bonuses

Education and Experience: 

• Graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy.  
• Licensed to practice pharmacy in California. 
• Prefer previous experience with Chemotherapy, nutritional support, pain management, IV admixture, IV hydration and infectious disease. 
• Preferred one year experience in home infusion, clinical or hospital setting or have completed a residency program. 
• Self-motivation, strong leadership, team building abilities, and interpersonal communication skills. 
• Must have clean background and good prior work history
• Candidates must have the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, using the English language.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time
• Good organizational and communication skills
• May be required at times to dispense medication,monitor selected drug therapies, provides drug information by answering questions/requests of health care professionals.
