Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Prior work in a retail setting as a staff pharmacist
• Must have a very strong desire to work with patients
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong counseling and advising focus
• The ability to communicate well
• Ability to coach and develop others
• Interaction with management and pharmacy personnel
• Prior retail pharmacy experience
• Performs professional duties and responsibilities, associated with the processing of prescriptions, to meet company objectives and ensure customer satisfaction to the best of their ability
• Graduate from an accredited School of Pharmacy with either a BS or Pharm D
• Current Kansas Pharmacist License in good standing
