This facility is looking for a Pharmacist with at least two years of pharmacy practice experience. This facility will consider candidates who have not worked in an in-patient setting. Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• 2 years of pharmacy experience is necessary (any setting)
• In-Patient Pharmacy experience is preferred  
• PGY1 and PGY 2 candidates are a plus
• Must be able to work as dynamic team
• Ability to work independently and handle stress appropriately
• Ability to work cooperatively with physicians and all staff
• Ability to set priorities, make critical decisions and respond quickly to emergency requests
• Ability to handle frequent interruptions and adapt to changes in workload
• Ability to assess situations and utilize creative problem solving techniques which result in positive outcomes
• Effective communication skills
